For over ten years, IN MM S.r.l. has grown and innovated based on a simple belief: that the most effective technologies are those which improve people's lives, particularly during critical moments.
We began our journey in Italy as a small-to-medium enterprise (SME) specialising in high-tech solutions for the civil and military sectors. Over time, we have built on our unique experience, working with healthcare organisations, the armed forces, civil protection agencies, and industrial partners. Every project has taught us something new, reinforcing our approach of visionary thinking, quality engineering and a strong focus on customer needs.
Today, we operate through three integrated business units that represent our multidisciplinary identity:
Aeromedical – we develop aeromedical systems, mission devices and medical evacuation solutions capable of operating even in the most complex scenarios.
MedAutomotive – where technology and mechanics converge to create innovative components and systems for patient transportation by road.
Patient Tracking – our unit is our response to the growing need to digitise healthcare, offering operational telemedicine, tracking, C2 (command and control), and digital processes to make data management safer and smarter.

In both the Aeromedical and Medautomotive areas, we have developed advanced biological containment solutions (biocontainment systems) designed to protect people and operators in highly critical situations.
