Transparency and accountability

INMM Srl, in compliance with legal provisions and with a view to ensuring fairness and transparency in the conduct of its business, has set up a whistleblowing system, available to anyone who wishes to report situations relevant to the law or internal regulations.

Report features
The report must refer exclusively to breaches of legislation or internal procedures and regulations. Please note that reports concerning complaints, personal requests or irrelevant circumstances may not be taken into consideration.
It is imperative that reports are submitted in good faith, with meticulous attention to detail and a foundation in precise and consistent facts. This approach is essential to ensure the efficacy of the tool at your disposal. Should it be found that reports have been made with malice or gross negligence, and subsequently proven to be unfounded, then disciplinary action may be the consequence.

Management of reports
The necessary security measures have been implemented to protect both the "whistleblower" and the "reported party" to the fullest extent possible. The confidentiality of the identity of the writer and the content of the report is guaranteed through secure protocols and encryption tools that protect personal data and the information provided. The identity of the whistleblower is never disclosed without their consent, except in cases provided for by current legislation. The General Management of INMM is responsible for the management of reports.
